- Valentine's Nights: An enchanting dining experience with sparkling pink lights illuminating our historic property
- When: Every Thursday to Sunday, 5-10 PM, February 6 to March 2, 2025
- Where: Lavender fields and olive grove illuminated by 500,000 twinkling lights, alongside a 1000-year-old oak tree. Indoor venues, including the bar, and fast casual restaurant, are in the historic main lobby of our ranch
- Dining and Activities:
• Romantic strolls through our lavender fields and scenic ranch property
• Pink-themed sweets, cocktails, and dinner menu featuring dishes like lavender burgers and heart-shaped sourdough pizzas
• Reserve an private s'mores pit for an unforgettable, cozy experience
• Shopping at our farm shops, flower market, and with local vendors
*No pets allowed. We have free roaming farm dogs on the property. They are friendly to people and service animals. They are not friendly to pets. You will be turned away if you bring a pet to the event.

Tractor Rides
Enjoy a 10-15 minute tractor tour through the lavender fields, visit our 1000-year-old oak tree, and hear the ranch's history from your guide.
Black Bench Wine Bar
Enjoy sustainable California wines, including our Black Bench Wines, and pink-themed cocktails.
Our menu is 95% organic to offer fresher, healthier, chemical-free options, prioritizing our guests' well-being and supporting sustainability.

Although the lavender fields are no longer in bloom, stroll through a sparkling sea of twinkling white lights with delicate accents of soft pink, creating a dreamy and enchanting atmosphere.
3. Eatery, Main Lobby, Black Bench Wine Bar & 123Dough Sourdough Bread Hall
Order from the Eatery and enjoy dining indoors or outdoors. Savor organic wines and lavender cocktails at the Black Bench Wine Bar, along with special pink cocktails. Don’t forget to grab freshly baked sourdough bread made with organic ancient grains from the Sourdough Bread Hall, as well as chocolate treats and Valentine’s-inspired baked goodies. Enjoy live music on Saturdays from 6pm-9pm inside the dining hall.
4. Olive Grove Photo Opportunity
Capture the perfect photo on a vintage sofa nestled within our century-old olive groves.
5. Flower Market
Browse our exquisite collection of floral-inspired gifts, including candles, bar soaps, dried floral and lavender bouquets, as well as culinary and beauty products made from our lavender and preserved rose stems.
6. 1,000-Year-Old Oak Tree
Our ancient oak tree is beautifully illuminated in pink for this special event.
7. S'mores Pits & Tractor Tour
Reserve a private s'mores pit, available daily from 7–10 PM, complete with a Valentine’s-inspired pink s'mores kit. Enjoy a 15-minute tractor wagon ride through the ranch, lavender fields, and around the 1,000-year-old oak tree. Tours run from 6–9 PM on Thursdays and 6–10 PM on Fridays and weekends.
8. The Blacksmith Shop
Visit our charming farm store to discover 123 Farm logo hats, t-shirts, and hoodies, along with beauty products crafted from our farm's lavender and other unique finds.
9. "Willow" Tree
Our popular photo spot features a century-old oak tree adorned with enchanting pink lights, creating a magical atmosphere—an ideal location for surprise engagements.

Explore seven delightful shops, including the lavender shop and the 123 Farm merchandise store, or join a candle-making workshop and more!

accessibility
As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.
tickets
Save by purchasing in advance. Walk-in tickets, if available, will be more expensive at the door.
parking
General parking is included with purchase of a General Admission ticket. Optional Preferred Parking is available for purchase online.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.
