- Where: Lavender fields and olive grove illuminated by 500,000 twinkling lights, alongside a 1000-year-old oak tree. Indoor venues, including the bar, fast casual restaurant, and bread hall, are in the historic main lobby of our ranch
- Dining and Activities:
• Restaurant guests are welcome to explore the light displays on our property (a dining package must be purchased)
• Romantic strolls through our lavender fields and scenic ranch property
• Lavender-infused sweets, cocktails, and dinner menu featuring dishes like lavender burgers and lavender sourdough pizzas
• Shopping at our farm shops, flower market, and with local vendors
- Live music: Every evening from 6:30-8:30 PM
- Perfect for a casual night out or special occasion
*No pets allowed. We have free roaming farm dogs on the property. They are friendly to people and service animals. They are not friendly to pets. You will be turned away if you bring a pet to the event.

Tractor Rides
Enjoy a 10-15 minute tractor tour through the lavender fields, visit our 1000-year-old oak tree, and hear the ranch's history from your guide.

Order from the Eatery and enjoy dining indoors or outdoors by the live music. Sample organic wines and lavender cocktails at the Black Bench Wine Bar, and don’t forget to grab freshly baked sourdough bread made with organic ancient grains from the Sourdough Bread Hall.
4. Distillation Demo
Join a farmer for a special herb distillation event, featuring seasonal herbs from our farm. Happening every Saturday and Sunday at 6pm.

Take a photo on a vintage sofa located in our century-old olive groves.
6. Flower Market
Discover our exquisite collection of floral-inspired gifts, including candles, bar soaps, dried floral and lavender bouquets, as well as culinary and beauty products made from our lavender.

8. S'mores Pits & Tractor Tour
Reserve a private s'mores pit, available from 7-9 PM on weekdays and 7-10 PM on weekends, complete with a s'mores kit. Enjoy a 15-minute tractor wagon ride to explore the ranch, lavender fields, and the 1000-year-old oak tree. Tours run 6-9 PM on weekdays and 6-10 PM on Fridays and weekends.
9. The Blacksmith Shop
Our historic blacksmith shop has been transformed into a charming farm store, where you can find an array of items including 123 Farm logo hats and t-shirts, along with a variety of culinary and beauty products crafted from our farm's lavender, among other unique finds.

Our popular photo spot festures a century-oak tree adorned with enchanting lights, creating a magical atmosphere. It's a favorite location for surprise engagements.

Learn about Black Bench's history and future vineyard and wine plans on our complimentary mini tour, ending with a wine sample at Black Bench Wine Bar. Saturdays & Sundays at 6:30pm. Meet in front of Main Lobby (3 on map).
Distillation Talk
Join us for a special herb distillation event with seasonal farm herbs. Saturdays & Sundays at 6pm (4 on map).
Frequently Asked Questions
accessibility
As a real working organic farm, most of our ground is dirt and uneven, especially the lavender fields. A very small part of our property is paved. It may not be ideal for guests using a wheelchair or walker. We do not have golf carts available for rent.
tickets
No, the restaurant offers a limited number of dinner packages. If tickets aren’t available, it means we’re sold out for the night. Members do not need a reservation to attend Lavender Nights.
parking
Lavender Nights is a dinner-reservation-only event hosted by our restaurant. Guests who purchase a dining package or are ranch members gain access to explore the ranch grounds. We do not charge admission, and parking is included with the package. Only dining package holders and ranch members can visit the ranch grounds.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. We do not answer the telephone or reply to emails on Saturday or Sunday. Most change requests for parking or s'mores can be handled on the weekdays, even if it is after your reserved date. Just send us an email so we have a time stamp of your contact.

No. Outside food, drinks and/or alcohol are not allowed. Guests with special dietary requirements should reach out to our staff before coming (customerservice@hsresort.com). We thank you for supporting our organic farm.
MEMBERSHIPS
Members do not need to purchase a dinner package when attending Lavender Nights.
