What we choose to eat affects our health and well being, but also affects the health of our families, communities, and the environment nearby and around the world. In this short presentation and discussion, we'll talk about long-term, sustainable solutions to pests and pesticides, growing your own food including proteins, social food justice, and the role of community in sustainable eating. Join us to hear about our recent scientific research results, experiences from our small organic family farm, and to discuss your ideas and concerns related to sustainable food systems.

Jo from where the good things grow
Explore the art of wildcrafting with me, Jo from Where the Good Things Grow, at the serene 123 Farms gardens. In this workshop, you'll dive into making your own herbal oil infusion and salve, perfect additions to your home first aid kit. These herbal remedies are healing, nourishing, and versatile, suitable for everything from pain relief to first aid treatments. During our 1.5 hours together, you'll learn the process of extracting herbs' healing qualities by infusing them in olive oil. We will identify, collect, and create an herbal oil infusion and salve, focusing on the beneficial properties of rosemary, sage, and olive leaves.
Leave with your handmade herbal oil and salve, plus a recipe to craft your own natural remedies at home. Join us for a fulfilling experience of herbal crafting.

Join us for an enriching experience exploring different parts of our property including a vineyard tour and a walk through our maesil trees. Tours does not include parking/admission to festivals.

Join us for an enriching and delicious experience during the festivals at 123 Farm! Explore the scenic beauty of our 8-acre organic vineyard on a guided tour led by Farmer Jonas. Learn about our regenerative organic farming practices and the exciting future plans for the vineyard. Following the tour, indulge in a delicious organic sourdough tartine sandwich paired with a curated wine flight featuring our own grape varieties. Wrap up your day at our wine bar in the Spanish Courtyard (Casa de las Tapas), where you can unwind and relish your wine. Don't miss out on this unforgettable blend of wine, food, and nature!
*Guests should be prepared to walk for 30 minutes and wear closed toe shoes for the tour.
