Your membership is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Annual memberships automatically renew each year unless you select one-time billing at checkout or cancel before your renewal date.

No. All memberships are non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Important: Memberships must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your auto-renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.

No. Memberships are non-transferable. A valid ID must be presented with your membership card. Screenshots are not accepted — all members must download their digital membership card to their phone’s wallet and show the QR code to our admissions team for entry.

No. All membership benefits apply to in-person transactions only.    
• VIP, Family, and Premium members receive a discount of 10–15% at 123 Farm–run retail and food booths during festivals, or at 123 Farm’s gift shop year-round.    
• Membership discounts cannot be used online, including the Online Farm Shop, or applied toward admission or parking tickets.    
• Valid ID must be presented with your membership card. Screenshots are not accepted — all members must download their digital membership card to their phone’s wallet and show proof of active status to the cashier before purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.    
• VIP and Premium members may receive special online promotions via email, separate from in-person discounts.

No. Membership benefits only apply to in-person festival purchases. Our restaurant and hotel are not open or accessible to the public. We are a private organic farm that hosts seasonal events on specific days and does not offer accommodations or a sit-down restaurant.

No. Drink and dessert vouchers are issued once per membership per year.    
• Each voucher is valid for up to $8.00 toward any non-alcoholic drink or dessert from a 123 Farm–run food booth at any festival.    
• Vouchers have no cash value, and no change or credit will be given if the item costs less than $8.

No. Membership benefits typically do not apply to workshops, dinners, or any other paid festival activities. However, discounts for dinners and workshops may vary by season; please contact customerservice@hsresort.com for details.

Yes. Your membership allows for unlimited admission to all festivals, excluding Music Festivals. Members do not receive free admission to Music Festivals but are offered discounted tickets.

Your membership includes free General Parking for one vehicle, subject to availability. Preferred Parking may be offered at some festivals, but it is not included with a membership and must be purchased separately at the same cost as non-members.

We host a variety of seasonal festivals:    
• Lavender Festival: Early June – Late July    
• Lavender Nights: Early September – Late October    
• Christmas Nights: Early November – Early January    
• Valentine's Nights: Late January – February    
• Tea Nights Festival: Mid March    
• Sourdough Bread Festival: Mid April
In 2026, we are also hosting special Music Festivals, open only on weekends:     • Country Festival: Early May, weekends only    
• Jazz Festival: Late May, weekends only
‍Please note: Some festivals are weekend-only, while others run several days throughout the week. We highly recommend checking the individual festival website before planning your visit.

Yes. The Neighbor Pass is available to Cherry Valley residents in Highland Springs Country Club or Highland Springs Village.

‍Important Info About Your Pass:    
• Validity: 5 years from date of issue    
• Digital Membership: The Neighbor Pass is a digital pass only. Screenshots are not accepted. You must download the digital pass to your phone’s wallet and show proof of active status at entry.    
• ID Requirement: Must show a valid photo ID that matches your pass when entering events. No ID = No entry    
• Admission: Free for the cardholder, one guest, and up to 5 children (17 & under). Only valid when the farm is open to the public.    
• Parking: Free golf cart parking in designated general parking areas only. All other vehicles must pay for parking. Walking is encouraged.    
• Discounts: No discounts on food, retail, or online purchases    
• Benefits: One-time free drink ticket and one-time free dessert ticket, redeemable at any public festival during your membership    
• Newsletter: You’ll be added to our email newsletter for updates
‍Golf Cart Rules:    
• Golf carts must be parked in designated general parking areas    
• No driving on pedestrian paths    
• No golf carts near the oak tree or other private areas    
• No parking outside shops, even for quick stops    
• 123 Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles, including golf carts

• Membership must be obtained prior to your visit; same-day requests will be declined    
• Plan ahead and request your pass at least 5 business days before your visit by calling 951-845-1151 or emailing customerservice@hsresort.com    
• Neighbor Pass holders may purchase general parking at a discounted rate
